Therapy is an investment — time-wise, energy-wise, and financially. You deserve to know what that looks like.
50-minute session
Insurance
I don't work with insurance panels. Here's why.
Insurance companies have a very specific, and often very limited, idea of what therapy looks like. Treatment plans, diagnosis codes, session caps, and coverage decisions made by people who've never met you. That's not the kind of work I do. Private pay means our work together isn't dictated by what an insurance company decides is medically necessary. It stays between us and goes as deep as it needs to.
I'm happy to provide a superbill after each session for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your provider.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided to all clients prior to beginning services.
Reach out through the contact form or give me a call. We'll set up a free 15-minute consultation to connect, talk about what's bringing you in, and see if we'd be a good fit to work together.
The first session is less about diving into the deep end and more about getting oriented. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping to get out of this, and start building a sense of each other. There's no agenda beyond that.
Honestly, it depends. This is depth-oriented work, not a quick fix. Most people find meaningful momentum within the first few months, and the work tends to deepen from there. There's no predetermined finish line — we move at your pace and reassess as we go.
Weekly to start, especially early in the work when consistency and momentum matter most. As things develop we can reassess frequency together.
Yes. I offer in-person sessions in Tampa and telehealth across the state of Florida through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Good place to start. You don't need to have it figured out before you come in. Most people don't. That's kind of the point.
That's actually one of the most common things I hear. Therapy not working usually means the fit wasn't right, the approach wasn't right, or both. If you're willing to try again, I'm willing to make the case that it can be different.
Yes. I'm a firm believer that therapy can be an invaluable resource in any and all chapters of life. I've been with my therapist for over 10 years and that space is an integral part of my self-care. Hot take: your therapist should have a therapist.
Not at this time. My work is focused exclusively on individual adults.

If any of this resonates, if you recognize something of your own story in any of it, let's set up a call. I'd love to connect, hear a bit about your story, and explore if we'd be a good fit to do this work together.
